GEncore works hard to protect its buyers. A buyer will be issued a full refund of an item if an Encore Support specialist determines that:
- The item is not the same as the item shown in the video listing
- The condition of the item is significantly different from what the seller showed or said in the video listing
You can initialize this process by contacting an Encore customer support team member. In some cases, Encore may ask buyers to ship Encore their item. In order to receive a refund, a buyer must contact support within 2 days of receiving their item. Refunds are credited back to the account that made the purchase, which will be received within 2-3 business days after an Encore support team member approves the refund.
